The double-insert box is a classic folding paper box structure, fixed with two side sockets, without the need for glue or additional sealing. It is easy to assemble and has strong stability. Our double-cartridge boxes are made of high-quality cardboard or corrugated paper, combining load-bearing capacity with an exquisite appearance. Custom double tuck end boxes are folding cartons with tuck flaps at both the top and bottom. The side seam is normally pre-glued during manufacturing, and the cartons are shipped flat for efficient storage. During packing, the carton is opened and the top and bottom flaps are tucked into place without additional sealing for standard retail use.
Straight tuck end and reverse tuck end layouts can be selected according to the artwork, front-panel appearance and packing method. Paperboard, kraft paper and selected specialty papers can be combined with custom printing, windows, inserts and finishes such as lamination, foil stamping, spot UV, embossing or debossing.
