Custom pre-glued folding carton boxes are die-cut, creased and bonded along the side seam during manufacturing, then shipped flat for efficient storage and transportation. During packing, the carton is opened into shape and the selected top and bottom closures are folded into position.
The structure can use straight or reverse tuck ends, manual lock bottoms, auto-lock bottoms or other folding-carton layouts according to the product size, weight and packing process. Paperboard, kraft paper and selected specialty papers can be combined with CMYK or Pantone printing, windows, inserts and finishes such as lamination, foil stamping, spot UV, embossing or debossing.
