The Auto-Bottom Box is a kind of folding paper box with a built-in locking bottom structure. It does not require glue or additional fixation. It can be quickly assembled through precise tongue insertion and creasing design, featuring both stability and convenience. Our lock bottom box is made of high grammage cardboard or corrugated paper, with excellent load-bearing performance. Custom auto lock bottom boxes, also called crash lock bottom cartons or automatic bottom boxes, are folding cartons with a pre-glued base that locks into position as the box is opened. This structure supports faster packing than a manually folded tuck bottom and provides a stable base for a wide range of retail products.
The box can be produced from paperboard, kraft paper or suitable micro-flute corrugated board according to the product weight, dimensions and presentation requirements. Custom printing, windows, inserts and finishes such as lamination, foil stamping, spot UV, embossing or debossing can be added to match the brand design. Actual strength and suitability are confirmed through material and structural evaluation.
