UV process packaging boxes are a high-end packaging solution that uses UV printing and special varnish treatment. Custom spot UV packaging uses a clear, UV-cured coating on selected areas of the printed surface. Spot UV can be combined with CMYK or spot-color printing, lamination, foil stamping, embossing, or debossing when the material and artwork are compatible. Unlike mechanical embossing, raised UV builds texture with cured coating rather than reshaping the paper.
